Where in Squamish is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located in central downtown Squamish at 38154 2nd Ave. Physio Focus is situated on the corner and we are just down from them. There is parking available in the lot right outside our office door.

What do I need to know about my first appointment?

Prior to your first appointment, a health history form will be emailed for you to complete from the comfort of your own home. This helps to ensure you get more hands-on time and less paperwork at the office. If you would prefer to fill them out at the clinic, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to do so.

A first visit usually entails a thorough assessment with your practitioner in order to formulate the best treatment plan for you. This usually takes between 5-10 minutes and is incorporated into your treatment time.

What should I wear?

What you wear is totally up to you and your comfort level. While most modalities we utilize rely on skin-to-skin contact to be effective, you are ultimately in control of the appointment and our practitioners will accommodate you. Appropriate draping techniques are used in each treatment and your privacy is always respected.

How does direct billing work?

If you have extended health benefits, please bring your benefit card or plan and ID number with you to your appointment. If the plan is issued to another member of your family, their birthdate might also be required. Before or (usually) after your treatment, your therapist will submit your information and the portal will let us know how much was covered. Any amount remaining will need to be covered before you leave.

If you are unsure whether or not we can direct bill your plan, please reach out before your appointment by emailing info@seatoskymassage.ca or calling 604-892-5557.

*Please note we cannot tell you how much your plan allots annually, you will have to contact your provider directly to find that out.
