Taylor McKechnie, RMT
Taylor grew up in Squamish and graduated from the West Coast College of
Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. She is currently working towards
completing her Bachelor of Health Science Degree from Thompson Rivers
University.
Taylor views massage therapy as an integral part of a
patient’s overall emotional and physical health, and she is focused on
treatment plans and goals that are customized to fit each patient. She
believes in not only providing her patients with immediate relief from
specific symptoms, but also treatment of the root of the problem to
render long term resolutions. She has special interest in the treatment
of headaches, degenerative joint/disc disease, athletic injuries and low
back pain.
Taylor incorporates a wide range of modalities during her
treatment including deep tissue massage, trigger point release, muscle
energy and myofascial release.
